What does it take for Phillip Schofield to put a dress on? Presenter swaps outfits with Holly Willoughby after millions donate to Text Santa

Viewers are used to seeing him in grey suits with a rather dashing tie setting off his silver fox looks, but on Friday evening Phillip Schofield threw caution to the wind and poured himself into a red dress.
The 50-year-old agreed to swap outfits with This Morning co-presenter Holly Willoughby on ITV charity show Text Santa - if viewers donated £1.5million by 10pm on Friday.
And with millions obviously keen to see Phillip in Holly's fetching fitted low cut red dress, the donations came pouring in.

Within an hour, donations had reached £2.6million and Phillip returned to the stage sporting Holly’s fitted low cut red dress and heels and Holly in a Phillip’s blue suit.
Holly couldn’t resist one more prank on Phillip and surprised him with a wax strip, slapping it on his chest, before ripping it off without warning.
This year's Text Santa entertainment extravaganza will be raising money to be shared equally between six UK based charities: Age UK, Anthony Nolan, Carers UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Together for Short Lives and Whizz-Kidz.

Producers have assured viewers 100% of the donations raised will go to providing life-changing practical support to people in the community.
Text Santa presenters Ant and Dec switched places and became 'Dec and Ant'.
In a fun twist during the charity fundraising night, the double act promised to do the last part of their presenting slot 'back to front' if the audience managed raise £500,000 in the first hour of the show.

Dec pleaded with viewers to pick up their mobiles and donate so he could experience being the first name in the double act. Viewers answered Dec’s request and he took great joy as they were re-introduced to the nation as ‘Dec and Ant’ at 9pm.
